"Had a great experience at this Wingstop. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly right. Karol, the manager, was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can really tell she cares about both the customers and the team. Great service overall. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I really enjoy the wings here—they’re consistently amazing. However, every time I visit, the fountain drinks (including soda and tea) have a noticeable metallic taste, which makes them undrinkable. It’s disappointing, especially when ordering a combo and expecting a quality drink to go with the meal. I hope this gets addressed soon, because the food itself is great and I’d love to fully enjoy the experience. I’ve been comming here for a year and a half thinking it would be fixed the next time I visit lol"

"My daughter ordered wingstop and not only did they give her the wrong fries, but look at the amount of oil that the chicken sat in and she has dry rub wings, this is NOT okay. I normally go to the one by my house but I was at church."

"This is the best place for wings and fries, but I absolutely must say to get a large ranch, it's house made and by far the best ever. The staff is beyond amazing the restaurant is absolutely super clean."

"DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH FROM HERE!!! Absolutely under no circumstance should you patronize this business. I placed an order on door dash near the close of business. When my dasher arrived she was told my food had been "picked up already" suggesting that someone stole my food. It was after midnight I had worked all day and simply wanted dinner before I went to bed. The dasher in an effort to be helpful called me and explained why she had not yet delivered my food and put me on speaker to speak with the general manger. He stated he couldn't make my order again because they cant lose that product. ( which was only 10 wings) I explained I cant reorder on the app tonight because the cutoff time had already passed. I asked if he could make my food so the dasher could at least deliver it to me and in the morning I could make the report with door dash he was adamant that he could not take the loss for the product. ( again simply 10 wings). The lack of empathy, carelessness with the handling of the order, refusal to be accommodating when they didnt ensure my food was picked up by the correct person, and overall disregard for the situation suggest a real need for empathy training and better management."
