"I have ordered here a number of times and never had a single issue. Food is always great and I’ve never had a complaint. I ordered through the mobile app last night like I always did and picked up my food. When I got home and took one bite, I was disgusted. The wings tasted extremely off, almost like a chemical, and had a rubbery consistency. The meat SQUEAKED when I would chew. I couldn’t eat the rest, it was awful. I thought maybe it was just me so I had someone else try one. They also said something was off. The next day (today) I called to get a refund. I was extremely polite and simply asked for a refund after telling the woman on the phone what the issue was. She at first said it probably wasn’t possible but then went to ask. I’m not sure if it was her or someone else that came back, but she said she’d have to pull up the order since it was last night. When I said “okay” she hung up a few seconds later without another word. Getting a refund for INEDIBLE FOOD shouldn’t be this difficult. I sent in a complaint through the app, maybe then I’ll get a refund."

"I had a bit of a rough start with a glitch on the Wingstop website, but the team here totally turned it around. They went the extra mile to make sure my order was perfect this time. Most importantly- the wings were piping hot and fresh when I picked them up. It’s rare to see a place take such genuine care to fix a technical issue. Huge props to the staff for the hustle! Especially Mr.B."

"The food was terrific. I don't understand all these negative reviews. The woman who attended me was polite to me and to every other customer. She worked fast with a sense of urgency. My order was exactly as ordered. The garlic boneless wings are to die for. All food is fresh. The Cajun corn is the best corn I've ever eaten. Will definitely come back again. This is my 2nd visit one in Florida and one in Pennsylvania neither disappointed. P.S if you're in a rush might as well ordered ahead because you will wait 15-20 minutes but only because the food is cooked to order."

"THE RUDEST PEOPLE THERE!!! called and told them our chicken was raw and showed them, still didn’t believe us threw away our whole meal and told us they couldn’t remake it…they mocked us and and refused to remake it. Laura and Jay were their names (two women). i have video proof of them making fun of us and talking bad about us as they remade our food. when they handed us the remade food they just like threw it on the counter and showed no care. very unprofessional!"

"Ordered the protien pack and only received 8 wings instead of 16. Also checked extra crispy. They were borderline raw. Always check you take out bag. Back to BWW"
