"This was a DoorDash wing stop order and never in my life have I had such poor quality wings served and thought acceptable. The wing itself is smaller than my pinky finger and severely overcooked. Worst experience with a restaurant ever and will never receive my business again."

"Wings were the size from a pizza shop as a side. Smallest I have ever had anywhere. $20 for 15 wings that were bairly 1.5" long. Took pics, but did not see where I could attach. Unbelievably disappointing. Will never order again. What a joke."

"Employees are marking orders on the board READY and then even clearing them totally of the board before they are even truly ready. When I arrived, the digital board said my order was ready. I waited 15 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me then they cleared my order off the board and then I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting while I watch while they made the french fries for my order, that was supposedly 30 minutes ago already on the board so owners of this location either train your employees properly or just don’t use the board at all"

"This was the worst customer service experience we’ve had. We called immediately after ordering to correct a simple flavor mistake. The employee (who gave the name Ashley and then later said Keela) was rude, refused to help, and hung up on us. She claimed the order was ready and couldn’t be changed. When we arrived, it wasn’t ready, and we were told to leave without receiving our food or a refund. Completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated at this location."

"The fries arrived cold. The wings were unusually small compared to our previous experience here and with other wing restaurants. The sauce did not have any flavor even though we chose hot. We didn’t have any napkins. This was our second Wingstop try. Not impressed. We will stick to our usual wing joint."
