"I want to recognize Manager Fred at Wingstop for going above and beyond. I came in to pick up an online order and, after making my drink, accidentally left my food behind while I was on the phone. When I returned, I wanted to check if it was still hot, and although it had gotten cold, Fred immediately offered to have the order remade to ensure it was fresh and satisfactory. His professionalism and willingness to show grace truly stood out. While one team member wasn’t as kind during the interaction, Fred stepped in, handled everything with care, and made sure I left satisfied. That level of customer service makes a difference. Thank you, Manager Fred you’re amazing! And thank you to the team member who helped locate my order as well."

"The only thing I ordered/wanted was a large, well done, with extra seasoning side of fries from wing-stop. I ordered them online and I sent my boyfriend to go get them for me, and when he returned back with them, they were burnt and cold. These are not only inedible, but I also wasted my money. The only thing that was good was the ranch and I can’t even use it. I will not be ordering from this wing stop location again."

"Fred His customer service skills was great!! There was a wait on the orders due to a low amount of staff members but he was smart enough to speak to me about the free entry of fries for doing the survey which was an item on the menu that did not have a wait time. Very intelligent customer service thinking 😁"
