"Wingstop – 6668 Thomasville Rd, Tallahassee, FL I’ve reviewed countless restaurants over the years, mostly focusing on food quality and taste. But this visit to Wingstop deserves recognition for something beyond the plate: leadership in action. Dana, the manager, wasn’t just taking orders—she was orchestrating a symphony of cleanliness. I watched her sanitize tables, align chairs, and then personally clean the front windows and doors. She moved on to the register and soda machine, wiping down the credit card keypad with alcohol as if prepping for surgery. I called her over to compliment her attention to detail, and she shared that she was formerly a cardiac nurse. That explained everything—her precision, her care, her standards. The food? As consistent and satisfying as ever. We had plain and garlic parmesan chicken fingers, seasoned fries, crisp celery and carrot sticks with blue cheese dip (my personal favorite), and sweet/unsweet tea. Everything was hot, fresh, and well-prepared. I’ve included a few photos of Dana in action—cleaning the windows and register area—because her work ethic deserves to be seen. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or overlooked, Dana sets a gold standard. Wingstop is lucky to have her."

"STOP TAPING THE STRAWS TO THE TOP OF YOUR DRINKS!!!!! It is the stupidest trend in poorly managed restaurants. They are impossible to place in a car because they snag on EVERYTHING AND RIP THE LIDS OFF OF THE CUPS. Taco Bell does this same mindless thing too. It's a nightmare and shows a complete lack of forethought by whoever decided it was a good idea STOP IT NOW"

"Most unreliable place around. At least the last three times I've been in there I've had to wait more than 30 minutes past my scheduled time to get my order. Tonight's scheduled pickup was 1 hour. Showed up and they weren't even aware of it. I was one of several customers experiencing this tonight. Said my order would be ready in another hour or so. Cancelled order and am done with them for good. Plenty of other options around that can actually fill orders."

"I ordered from here for a New Year’s party. Hours in advance. When I arrived they told me my food would not be ready for at least an hour. An hour past the my pick up time. And. I one seems to care…avoid this place!"

"Short version: If you want Wingstop go to another location. They hardly ever stick to a schedule, the bathroom and A/C are broken most days and the staff for the past couple of years have been mediocre on the best of days. Longer version: I love Wingstop. I used to love this location. Over the past few years though it has gone downhill in a big way. When going in you wouldn’t know if the bathrooms would be usable. I am not sure when the last time the A/C has worked. Recently it has gotten to the point of “let’s give them one more shot”. They had built up a lot of loyalty during the time they were good. Today however was the last actual straw for this location. We ordered online and it let us pick a time of 11:15. We get to the store around 11:00 and there is a sign taped to the door saying they would not open until 12. We left and came back around 11:45 and the sign was gone so we opened the door and people were in eating. We went to the counter and the clerk went and got us the bag. We asked how long has it been sitting there. He looked at the receipt and said since 11:15. We asked about the sign and he went and got the manager. The manager then started before we could say anything telling us that they made it ten minutes ago. After repeatedly telling us that before letting us talk they then demanded that we look at the food. The fries were soggy and the manager was insisting “see it is still steaming”. At this point it was just annoying and we were going to just take our food eat and leave. Then the manager not knowing when to quit said that they saw us there at 11. They were fixing our order then and we could have just come on in and got it. They just were not going to be open to the public until 12. All but out right saying it was our fault for not trying to go in a store that was closed. A simple “sorry x happened” would have sufficed. We didn’t really care that much at the time. We literally just wanted to know why there was a sign saying that they opened at 12 when it let us put in an order for 11:15. This alone would not have been enough for me to leave this review but this type of thing has become the rule and not the exception for this location. The picture included is of the semipermanent bathroom out of order that they have. I guess you need something quick to put up when the bathrooms are out five days out of seven."
