"A wing spot finally moves into the neighborhood and I likely won’t return. I ordered online. Went to pick up the order and they’d packed the wrong wings. I informed the young lady. Initially she tried to convince me that it was the right flavor and that they added a little sauce to them. I let her know that it wasn’t what I’d received the first time I visited. I then pointed her to a picture on their display of the flavor that I should’ve received. At that point it couldn’t be argued- it’s a dry rub wing. Very apparent that they gave me the wrong wings So she and the other young lady in the back talked to themselves. She coached her on how to make the wings, which should be COATED in a DRY rub. This pic shows what I received. A wing that they sprinkled a little seasoning on… Note to MANAGER: Train your staff to prepare customers’ food the right way. It should not be necessary for us to coach them on how to make the wings. We spend our hard earned money when we buy from you. Once I’ve wasted money, which I did tonight, I’m turned off and will support another business that can offer better service and get orders right."

"Totally in love with this new Wingstop location. They actually make great wings. I also ordered fries and corn, they tasted amazing. It would be even better if the fries were more crunchy. There were a lot of employees working, and they were really nice and friendly. They also have a few tables for dining in which is a plus."

"This will change depending on the outcome. My son had a $50 gift card that had been given to him in August for his birthday. It had been a few months since, so we verified the card had $50 and he went on his way with a group of friends to have wings on 11/22 shortly after 5pm. After ordering and presenting his gift card, the counter person told my son that his gift card had expired and that he would take it and dispose of it. My son trusted this individual, not knowing that this gift card cannot legally expire, especially after three months, and left the card behind and on an empty stomach. He now has had another briefing on gift cards and trusting people. I mean, what type of person does this and takes a gift card from a kid? Depending on how this franchise chooses to handle this, I will update star rating. ***UPDATE*** Contacted by the location and they were VERY apologetic. I took my son in and got a replacement gift card and was assured the staff has been educated on gift cards and the whole process. This is how customer service is supposed to work when a valid reason / issue is presented in a respectful manner. Well done and thank you! Looks like we will be having Wingstop wings over the break!"

"The wings are ok. Decent flavors but can be small. We have ordered delivery 3 times and 2/3 times the order had issues. The first time they rectified the issues but when we ordered tonight we called for over 30 minutes and no one will answer the phone. There is no option to submit order issues through their online ordering system. So we are stuck with missing and incorrect items. Definitely a zero star for service. If I went here again I would pick it up, no delivery, and I would check my food before I left."

"Is -10 rating possible in Google? I ordered online in the morning to pick up in the evening. I went there on time, waited for 2 hrs but they could not deliver my order. All the orders started coming up randomly in their screen. :) The store manager said they are AI managed so unfortunately they can’t control. I don't blame the store. When your usual system does not work properly, then why introduce AI? Lol :) Whoever is leading the AI initiative for you, send this review to him/her and tell it’s a complete failure. :) Scrap that project and invest time and money first to stabilize your existing system and serve your customers. Not at all a place to go. So sorry for this review but unfortunately this is the reality, the truth that AI can’t change."
