"I love the hospitality of the workers, it feels like family when you walk in. Picking up orders is easy, and this location is kept clean. Mike (who usually works front register) is a great worker, he makes sure to keep the surroundings clean when he isn't busy with guests- and he has a charm to his personality. They almost always ask me about the satisfaction of my orders and I love it because they care. Overall, great taste, great place. Holler for Mike he won't let you down 💯✊🏽"

"Didn’t include my drink nor would offer a refund when my dasher asked. Also did not give me the correct flavor of wings. Since I started ordering from this location the quality and care has gone down significantly. I love Wingstop but I will drive further just to get better service and the correct food."

"Was picking up an order, no place to park close due to disability, someone parked in handicapped spot with no tag or plates. Lady manager came out screaming that I could not park where I did. Was very disrespectful. Then was taking pictures of my vehicle and plates for some reason. Did not feel safe at this location and very threatened by the managers actions. Created a scene and hostile environment. Suggest that she takes anger management classes and learns how to treat others with respect. Not a role model for employees."

"We got the meal that had 20 pieces of Crispy tenders. we tried 4 flavors Crispy Tenders ($27.49). Our order was: 4 Ranch, 6 Original Hot ( the buffalo hot sauce), 6Lemon Pepper, 5 Plain, 3 Hickory Smoked BBQ And 1 Large Seasoned Fries ($3.69) It was good. We liked buffalo and plan more, and I felt the lemon pepper Too salty.."

"I ordered Wingstop through their app which was delivered through a 3rd party. The 3rd party forgot to pick up the 2nd bag for our order so I called the store and talked to the Manager, Joanna. Holy cow, what an amazing person with great customer service skills!! She looked up my order, was very kind during the conversation and offered to drive the entire newly cooked order to my house since I just had heart surgery and am not able to drive. The entire experience was perfect customer service and Joanna has the biggest heart to take time out of her busy night to help a crippled woman feed her clan of kiddos stuck at home. Forever grateful to Joanna and Wingstop"
