"Who runs this place? Out of everything. And the employees running the front seem lost in the sauce. And not a single manager type anywhere helping these kids out. I know it’s a Saturday night. But how are you out of everything??? Carbonation for the soda fountain? The girl at the counter asked me if I wanted a soda, then right after I paid told me they were out of carbonation in the fountain and had like 2 different sodas and also water in there 20oz bottle selection. Dude you think maybe before asking me to pay for a drink you would have told me about that. I’m so hungry because I’ve worked 10hours and I should have just refunded my money and left but I was just really craving wings."

"Everything about my experience was horrible. Wait was extra long, and somehow fries were still cold. Someone walked in and placed and order, and got their food before me. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich and wings meal, nothing excessive. All the kitchen workers randomly disappeared from the kitchen for at least 5 minutes while I waited for my food, presumably to go smoke. Workers were extremely disrespectful when they came back in."

"I need to give a huge shout-out to Dakota, we came in with a huge order and he was the only one actively working. He took our order and made over 100 wings and fries fresh, everything was accounted for and he was extremely friendly. Wingstop should be very proud of this employee, my family was very impressed with him!!!"

"Ordered two 10 wings, just the wings. Made that very clear. Ended up with fries and a massive thing of ranch That I didnt realize I paid for until after I got the food. Tried to give it back but they wouldn't take back. Dont go during the night shift. Poor service."
