"Consistently (5+ times) told by one specific staff member that the register doesn’t work and I cant order in person. I am forced to sit in my car or the store and make my order in front of her. If she is the one who prepares the order it is wrong (4/4 times). This time I approached her about missing wings and without opening my box or asking me how many were missing she gave me the exact amount I was missing. Will be contacting general manager tomorrow and escalating appropriately."

"ordered my food and ended up getting lousiana voodoo fries which I waited thirty minutes for they gave me regular fries then must have been mad when I asked them for voodoo fries because this is what i received it was completely inedible and the food was not great either"

"These guys are so beyond professional! I'm coming in super late (within an hour of close @1am) and even with technical issues preventing me from placing order in store, they helped me place online so they could serve me! Food is absolutely fantastic which is to be expected from such great guys, but I'm horrified to find that they don't even have the option to tip them online? Or even inside the store because the company doesn't like their employees to make tips? If I could give that a negative rating I would!"

"This is the best place I used to only go to other winch shops, but display does have an amazing selection of wings. Their service is amazing. Try their Korean barbecue mango habanero lemon zest. They’re super good fries are amazing."
