"So, I called to place a to go order, to save myself sometime. They answer and put me on hold. I was already driving to this location. 9 minutes go by and im still on hold. I make it to location and there were no customers visible, nor was the store busy. I go in, show them how long ive been on hold, they accomodated. I ordered my food and told them I wanted DRUMS ONLY. So i get my food, go back to work and when i open my box, I received ALL FLATS. This is frustrating."

"I’ve been to this location several times, each time I was satisfied or had my issue resolved. The service I received today from the two men behind the counter was great. I placed my order online it was ready when I arrived 25 minutes later. My order was exact and I will return to this location in the near future. The atmosphere could be a bit cleaner but I also under the demands for customer service and food preparation. The old adage is that “…you can get more bees with honey…” if you are kind to workers you will get that in return. Best Wingstop in Wichita!"

"I dont know what's up with the other reviews. I put my pick up order in right after they opened and it was done in like 20 mins. Food was great, I got everything I ordered because the employee checked my bag before I left. They were kind and welcoming. Overall, great experience and I will be coming back."

"I know they receive so many orders, but everytime I come to this location(that definitely today is the last time) everybody waits for an hour or more, and yes! They have many orders, but they're always talking and playing, they always have friends visiting them at work and start talking to them instead of preparing our orders. Also today a saw they were sneezing, putting their fingers in their mouth, and touching money then just continued to touch our food without washing their hands, totally disgusting."

"i’ve given them many chances and tried to be understanding but almost every time i order from here it’s always missing something, usually it’s minor so i let it go, but tonight you guys forgot my whole meal, i ordered two combos and only received one, that’s VERY inconvenient and VERY annoying. i now do not get to eat, its not that hard to get everything in the bag, i work in the food industry, this is just someone not paying attention to what they are doing."
