"First time ever ordering Wingstop, and probably my last. Ordered through DoorDash and my order showed up missing items. No big deal at first stuff happens. I called my DoorDash driver, he tried to help and even called the store for me. They called him back and straight up told him they were refusing to remake the missing food. That alone was wild. So I called the store myself to figure out what was going on. Instead of trying to fix the situation, the manager immediately came at me with an attitude and said, “First of all, you’re not gonna come at me like that,” before I even had a chance to explain anything. I explained the situation anyway, and she kept the same attitude the entire call. No accountability, no attempt to help, no customer service at all. I don’t know why they chose to act like that over a simple mistake, but the way it was handled was completely unprofessional. Respect and customer service go a very long way, especially when someone is just trying to get what they paid for. Mistakes happen how you handle them is what matters, and this place handled it terribly. I will never be ordering from this Wingstop again, and I really hope everyone who works there understands that treating customers with basic respect can make or break a business. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and unnecessary."

"I placed an order at 10:15 am to pick up at 4:45 pm and they proceeded to tell me that my order was going to take 30 minutes to get done? What in the world is going on with this place. 5 hours and 45 minutes is not enough to cook some wings? This is unacceptable. If they knew thy would be busy they needed to be staff and ready. They took the payment immediately but don’t have the sense of urgency to get the food ready. I don’t recommend this location at All. Absolutely ridiculous."

"This place sucks. Never going there again. I got fries and hot honey chicken and the fries tasted like water, and the hot honey wasn't even hot honey. The lil bratty girl up there was sassy and she had some attitude. And they said they “fixed” the drink machine and guess what. It came out as carbonated water and I wanted root beer. Do better wingstop. Do not ever come here looking for nice food and service."

"Best Cajun Corn ever!!!! Love the Lemon Pepper flavored chicken strips!!! Vodoo Fries are so delicious!!! Very nice staff. Like that you can order ahead and just come in and pick up."

"I got my order from Wingstop and all of my chicken was cold. My fries tasted old and my brownie indeed was old. My wings were so dry no flavor no seasoning no sauce and the fries were disgusting. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from Wingstop and they are one of my favorite places to get chicken from.."
