"Horrible, my order was supposed to be ready by 10:12-10:17. It’s been over 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and they’re just taking their sweet time. I had 4 other people in here waiting for a while with me as well. No info on what was taking so long or good customer service. Only one guy w curly hair was helpful and nice when I asked for an extra bag"

"Got home to find out that our order didn't have the large fries we ordered. Called them up to tell them. Asked us for our name on order and to come pick up fries. (We were on our way already). We arrived and was given bag with fries. Fries were cold. Smh! No apology for not including our fries! Round-trip 6 miles."

"I’ve been ordering from this location for YEARSS and I’m so annoyed with the repeated mistakes with this store for the past few months. 3 weeks ago we ordered delivery, two of the tenders were so overdone they were not edible. Tonight my husband picked up order and brought it home. I ordered 15 boneless wings. 2 sauces. They gave me 10 bone wings. One flavor. So I drove back with my two babies. So they remade it. Came home and all 15 wings were SO PLAIN AND FLAVORLESS. I wasn’t happy. I called right away and asked for a refund. They told me to bring it back in order to get a refund. (Obviously I didn’t drive back AGAIN for the 3rd time) so I’m still waiting for a refund with tasteless wings. Very disappointing. Not to mention the cashier was showing signs being annoyed with ME for THEM getting the order wrong."

"Years! I’ve been going to this wingstop for years and have never been this disappointed! First, the delivery driver delivered my order 3 houses down and took the worst photo I’ve ever seen. Secondly, I finally get my order and not only is my drink wrong, but there’s no sauce on my wings and I didn’t get my ranch. How tf am I supposed to eat this without ranch? What’s the point? Terrible experience. They’re issuing me a refund which is nice, but I was starving. I hope they do better in the future."
