"The service at this location was terrible. They got my order wrong. When I called back to tell them. I was told my order would be logged into an off the record book/list and I could have it re-made. When I did call back the manager said there was nothing that could be done and he would not honor the re-make that they said they would. They then said there was a "time limit" rule that they just made. This location is garbage. Don't go here unless you want a messed up order."

"I stopped coming to wingstop about almost 2 years ago due to the service, employees and quite frankly the way the food was cooked. It looks like everything is turning now in the right direction.. I had a great experience with Kim and she deserves to be the manager and get a raise to hold this location together. Thank you wing-stop and you have a customer back all because of kim and the rest of the new staff cooking well!"

"Placed my order at 5 o’clock at 7:14 I requested that they canceled my order and provide me with proof of my order being canceled as I have had issues in the past with them, not issuing a proper refund. I was informed by a woman claiming to be the acting manager(Ashly) that they were unable to issue me any form of receipt or proof that my order had indeed been canceled. She then went on to inform me that the way they did refunds at this location is by printing out a duplicate of your receipt and putting it with a stack of other receipts in the back of the restaurant and then at the end of the shift, they would go in process the cancellation and refund. However, in the event that they do this, I still have no way of proving that they have genuinely refunded my order, and because the only thing they were willing to give me was a copy of my original receipt I have no way of proving that I did anything other than pay for food, I did not receive. This sets the company up for a lot of liability as if a refund is not issued for food. I did not receive that is theft! And the fact that she refused to give me anything other than a copy of my original receipt which does not state my order was canceled or refunded, and her name on a piece of paper is extremely upsetting. When I call and spoke to a second, Wingstop location in order to get the contact information for the general. I was told by them that she was lying and that Wingstop is in fact, capable of giving you a receipt that proves your order was canceled and or refunded so this makes me ask why such a fishy process for processing receipts. Why on earth would this business want to open themselves up to so much liability by waiting to process all refunds at the end of the night without offering Proof of cancellation to the customers unless they were never planning on issuing refunds. Do not order from here. It is a scam."

"Preordered for Super Bowl and they were packed with people waiting 1-2 hours after the promised time. I was having people over and could not wait that long for my order. I was forced to cancel but they said I would have to wait 7-10 days for refund and they gave me no receipt or way to see if it had been truly cancelled. They said I just had to wait and see if it goes through. Thanks to Mountain Mikes pizza for picking up the slack and saving my party. They have earned my future Super Bowl orders. Wingstop has disappointed me for the last time."

"Small area for dine in. Every time we come in it takes forever to get our order. We even tried ordering online ahead of time to get ahead of the long wait, only to be told there would be another 25-30 minute wait as they checked us in as being present. Probably not coming back to this location."
