"We’ve been to Wingstop locations several times & it’s always hit or miss (sometimes it’s awesome & sometimes it’s “just okay”). Our 1st time at this new location on Zero Street & it was great. We ordered a 10 piece garlic/parm wings (classic, well done, all drums), a 10 piece Cajun corn (light Cajun seasoning), fries (well done), & a chicken sandwich (OG hot), & ranch dressing (of course). Everything was great except for the fries (personal preference… they’re just not our fav & we need to stop ordering them b/c we never care for them). Overall, they did a great job & we’ll be back."

"I tried placing an order online but it wasn’t allowing me to pay on the website. I called the zero location and she said she wasn’t taking any orders because she was having an inspection (at 9:30pm) and couldn’t take my order. She advised me to either go into the location on zero street to place my order or go on the app. I downloaded the app & was still having issues. I then decided to drive to the zero location. As i walked in a lady was slumped over the line playing on her phone (assuming inspection got over within 5 minutes). She asked if i needed to place an order & i told her yes. I pulled up the website and said id like to order the meal deal for 2. She asked my flavors and i said ‘10 plain and 10 original hot.’ She said she couldn’t do it because it was only 15. I showed her the site where it stated it was a 20 piece deal. She shrugged her shoulders and said ‘there’s nothing i can do.’ She acted as if my business was a bother to her. I asked if i could speak with the manager and she threw her hand up while shrugging her shoulder and said ‘i am the manager.’ I then asked who was over her and she said she couldn’t help me. Very unprofessional def won’t be going back to that location. I get people have bad days, but i was literally trying to give you my money lol."

"1st time @location, I moved into the neighborhood recently&neeeever paid attention 😮🤦🏾‍♀️😆😂😆it's literally right behind Popeyes &next 2 Aldi's 😂!!! I appreciate the convenience, livin' off zero street it's closer than Rogers Ave. And it's clean, employees work'n hard& all women work'n 2day awesome customer service! Top 3 best ranch dips&fries in the restaurant game, HANDS DOWN 💯💯💯😋!!!"

"Ordered online they got the order wrong. I called and was told I was lying. Store was nasty. Music was loud and vulgar. Staff was extremely rude. Seen a roach by the soda fountain. Trash on a lot of tables. Bathrooms were super nasty and out of toilet paper. Extremely dirty overall. I spent over $60 for food. Absolutely DISGUSTING"

"First. The website is trash. Couldn’t order on there. Second. Wife goes to pick up order, and the people inside were rude to her. Acted like she was interrupting the employee conversation. She was filling up my soda, and asked where lids were, and in a condescending tone told her, “ on the wall where you were”.. fries inedible they had so much salt on them. Tenders were meh. Had better at Braums. Will not be going back"
