"Almost left out two sides of fries entirely, went back inside to get them, the one on the parm fries were the regular , the buffalo ranch is large, paid extra for them to half ass the food THEY left out."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order for pickup, originally said it would be ready 20 minutes after I placed the order. We waited 20 minutes to even leave my house to pickup cause the last several times it’s taken longer than estimated. It took well over an hour to get our food. The restaurant itself was filthy. Trash everywhere. Not a single table clean. There were also several other people there waiting for orders one who had already been there for an hour waiting. The people working were all super rude to customers but also just giggling and having a grand ole time playing around. We will never go back to this location."

"My husband and I visited Wingstop last month! It was a Friday night and it was POPPIN’! The Wingstop Team was friendly and professional. Our food did take a little while, and that was directly related to the amount of people that were there before us. Completely understandable! My husband ordered wings and I ordered a chicken sandwich. We both enjoyed our food very much! Thank you, Wingstop!"

"I’m sure they were overwhelmed with the abundance of order because of the Super Bowl but it took my order 2 1/2 hours to be ready for pickup. Then when I got home, I had 5 sticks of celery and 5 sticks of carrots!!!! Really??! Not what I usually get with a large order! I don’t think they were prepared for game night…. Not like in the past; very disappointed!"

"A few weeks ago I ordered a family wing pack and there were no sauces in the bag when it was delivered and I had paid for extra ranch, then tonight I ordered the same thing and they didn’t include my fries. They said if I wanted them, I had to come pick them up, or I would just get a refund."
