"You guys were very busy for take out. The fries are soggy and wet. One of the chicken flavors was very dry. Ordered large veggies but no ranch or blue cheese?! No napkins."

"If I can leave zero stars I would . I ordered 40 wings online and hour ago, get here and wait till my orders ready . I see my name on the board , ask about it and said I still have 20 minutes . Makes sense. Come back in 20 , and they still don’t have my order ready, I ask to speak to the manager and guess what she tells me “ we don’t see your order , your order doesn’t exist “ . The manger goes back there talks to some employees and comes back and says “Oh now we see your order, your going to have to wait about 40 minutes, I’m sorry we are backed up”. There is about 10 people back there cooking and working. How can my order not be done yet. This Wingstop is garbage, the manager “garbage” the employees”garbage”, the wings were a waste of money , since I gave them a hard time they skimped me out on the sauce the sides and the ranch. They gave me less food than what I ordered. I love Wingstop, but I’m never ordering from this spot again. Literally tried giving me free drinks for a good review ? How about just giving me the correct order ."

"Recently visited a different "wing place" while traveling out of town. The experience was rough. It reminded me how good my last order from this location was, so I came back to drop some love. Not perfect, but this location has come through for me over the years. Thanks"

"I placed an order on DoorDash and order “boneless wings” they came bone in. I called the w Shaw location and spoke to the manager that is working on 1/24/26 at 5:45 pm that also refused to give me her name because of the way she spoke to me and said that was policy that she did not have to give her name which I don’t believe. I asked for my order to be remade the way I ordered it and she stated to message DoorDash to get a refund that she can’t remake my order. I explained to her it was not a mistake on door dash it was on the store. She said she can’t do anything about it and hung up on me she was very rude and unprofessional! I can’t believe they have a manager working for them like this! Shame on Wingstop I come here very often and will not be back"

"i gave them a 2 because the soda machine tasted very old and flat like it had no flavor the only one that had flavor was coco cola but ik the food should be okay but when you order they have people talking really fast lol😅"
