"I am highly dissatisfied with the service received at Wing Stop, which I found to be unprofessional and unacceptable. I attempted to place an order via telephone, as the website does not offer the option for traditional flats. Ms. Karen answered the call and placed me on hold for approximately twenty minutes. When I arrived at the store, my call was still on hold, and Ms. Karen was observed cleaning the dining area and appeared eager to conclude her shift. Although I had already submitted my order online, I remained on the phone to request a modification to replace my traditional wings with flats. After a fifteen-minute drive, I was unable to make the change. During this process, Ms. Karen appeared visibly distressed and repeatedly expressed a desire to leave her shift. She prepared my Louisiana Voodoo Fries but over-seasoned them with Cajun seasoning, resulting in an unpleasant taste and causing indigestion for my family and me. Additionally, the wings were improperly seasoned and undercooked. It is concerning that Ms. Karen continues to work in the food service industry, as her conduct and skill level may pose a risk to customer safety and satisfaction. The cook attempted to mitigate the situation by providing two ranch dressings and a wing. However, as a customer, my expectation is for quality food and exemplary service rather than complimentary items. All customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and receive service that justifies their expenditure."

"This place have been my go to for so long and how my food comes so crisp and delicious and the sauce is just very good in my point!Even the customer service is amazing they are so kind and always have great energy from them.The place is very clean when I come in I can find a spot right away from mornings or night and the way the place is very welcoming and the tone from the staff gives it a nice touch to the place.Love going here,Keep it up🤗"

"Went for my first time to try wingstop and will never return to this establishment. The workers really need to work on their approach to the customers and obviously management is much worse! Do better wingstop back to Buffalo wild wings i go!"

"Worst Wings ever! Go to Me & Ed's. Management has been unprofessional and mean since 2021. I'll buy frozen wings and bake them next time and not waste time and money with WingStop."

"Its Not cool wings are on poupo some days most days dry and chewya! ratio of meat on bone to Dry Chewy non edible meat to bone is not worth the money and this is after a credited order when my order was supposed to be fixed for being dry chewy and Without sauce I literally only chewed the meat to show ratio and Nearly puked after!!"
