"Absolutely disappointed at this location, having given this location and poor reviews the benefit of the doubt, I ordered 20 piece wings and fries to go. After getting home I opened my food and realized that there were only 16 wings along w/cold fries. After contacting the store about my order, the only solution they had were to refund me the 4 wings instead of correcting my order and remaking it as it should have the first time. They also did not allow me to speak with a shift lead or manger and told me I wasn’t able to receive a refund either. Insane."

"I was highly disappointed with the boneless wings I received. A couple of months ago, I had a good experience at another Wingstop location, so I like to try another location too. This time, I ordered a takeaway meal with two flavors of wings and received free fries after completing the survey. Unfortunately, I filled out the survey before tasting the food. When I did try it, I found the fries undercooked and the chicken seemed raw. It was an unforgettable experience — in the worst way. I couldn’t eat the food, and it left me very dissatisfied."

"I have loved wingstop for a very long time. I've never really had any issues in the past besides an insanely small portion of cold fries every once in a while but they've made it right. This last weekend we got the usual boneless deal and to my surprise, I bit into a piece and was greeted by the most disgusting and foul texture/taste. Not sure what it was but spit it out and could not finish the meal. I felt sick for the rest of the night and the following morning. I decided to reach out to the Twitter support as I have in the past. They assured me someone from upper management will contact me. As of now, it's been 5 days and I have not received any contact. I sent an email to their main contact page the other day and I woke up to an email. They sent me a $10 gift card, while I really appreciate the gesture, I haven't been contacted about my experience, haven't spoken with anyone, and it seems like a small amount considering they didn't offer to refund the meal given the circumstances. Usually have a great experience, not sure if this is just a location issue or just an issue that is more on the corporate side of things. It’s been over two weeks and I have not yet been contacted. Except for a 10$ gift card that doesn’t even cover the meal."

"This is my first post ever for this store but thought worth mentioning. Today was hot but the food was great. Whoever runs the store and the schedule needs to hire more workers. Seemed hectic today. I come in here weekly and This tall curly hair boy seems to always be busting his butt but always seems extra polite. The family in front of me today was really rude and he was really polite anyway. He deserves 5 stars in attitude."

"Edit: changing from 3 to 1. Came 08/27 and got food poisoning. Both my man and myself are having intense stomach cramps and issues. Consistency is questionable! Sometimes my fries are over salted, cold, or just right. My wings/tenders?they dometimes get the wrong flavors, forget items, but sometimes nothing is wrong. I come here every couple weeks for dinner and its hit or miss. Will today be the day they forget something? I've now just made it a habit to check my bag before leaving now. There was a solid week or 2 where they were completely out of half the soda options, and the carbonation was out. But the workers are nice"
