"They never answer the phones , I ordered here may 27th at 10am and the lady never gave me the dips I paid for. And when I call no one answers I just left and there was a short Mexican dude with short hair and a Mexican lady and a Mexican guy just walked in with a ponytail so none of them can answer the phone while they’re in the morning when they messed up my order kind of messed up so I sent my dude in to go get itso annoying. They need new employees that can actually answer the phone in multitask.( missing 3 ranch’s)"

"Terrible service, my tenders were so small and they did not have any sauce on them. I asked to have them re-made and they told me no. They only offered me a refund. I’m NEVER going back to this location. These people do not have good customer service at all. I’ve waited outside for 30 mins and they could’ve at least made my order correct."

"I don’t understand how the issue isn’t corrected after all of these bad reviews? They don’t answer the phone (9-5 shift 8/4/25) so what’s the point of having a number? Also, why aren’t the cooking staff wearing gloves?? The guy who took our order had a bandaid on his thumb and is handing people’s orders physically to put them inside the bag. That’s gross 🤮"

"Very rude and inconsiderate at the fact that my order was incorrect. I ordered over the phone and the order was not correct! Attached is the image of the lead manager who gave me a difficult time about proving the order was incorrect. Told me I was making a big deal over nothing. But I had already paid for my order over the phone not online. And he was very unprofessional and rude."
