"Horrible food quality. I ordered over the phone and did take out. The lemon pepper is lacking in flavor and barely seasoned and the hot honey has no flavor as well and was literally soaked in a pile of grease in my to go container. I did not even eat my food I was disgusted with the quality and bland taste. I’m contacting corporate to complain and a refund this is unacceptable"

"I’m very disappointed with this experience. I tried calling but couldn’t reach anyone, and the order had multiple issues. The wrong sauce/item was delivered, part of the order was missing, and the service was completely unresponsive. This was honestly a one-star experience."

"By far, the worst Wingstop in the area, and I'll explain why. LA Wing Stops and Wingferno are better. The wings are not spicy!!!!!! Why advertise spicy seasoning if you don't offer it? The service here is atrocious. Atrocious means disgustingly not capable. The employees are young and have no experience. Where is management? I have asked a few times for a manager and was hung up on by the employee on the phone. They refused to give me their name. This is an example of how this place conducts themselves. Atmosphere is gas station status. See for yourself"

"Lazy owner did not update the store hours on Dec 24 allowing orders to go through while closed. Requiring me to go in person for a refund."

"This Wing Stop has its moments, stop touching hinges in the restaurant with the same same rings your grabbing chicken with! I tell you the employees should be a bit more compassionate and kind. There is a lot nasty employees with horrible attitudes, very rude not too mention incorrectly making orders. For the third, fourth time now it’s been all bad for me, still give them the benefit the doubt ONLY because I know how it is working in this industry I decided to give them another try, not one more time but two -3 more times and they failed terribly. Fresh is fresh and made to order, well done not burnt or dry, extra sauce and seasoning means and more don’t take away, I did not order plain chicken wings, then charge me additional for sauce when I order 30 wings with one flavor, for real are you serious, imma need a refund! With all the youngsters and crew in there it should always be clean, no ants, no garbage on the floor, no crowds doing nothing but eating in the back, if you wanna work show it and give good service"
