"The servers here were not attentive. They seemed distracted and took a long time to bring our food. They did not check on us during the meal, and their attitude did not feel welcoming. I hope the management provides better training and improves the service"

"I feel bad for anyone who’s had a bad experience here because mine was the complete opposite 😭 My wings were SO good and crispy. I ordered online and they were ready in about 15 minutes! I’m definitely making this my fav wing spot"

"horrible service. the red haired stubby girl was very rude when i came up to ask for something specific. she didn't even acknowledge me when i opened the door. While i was getting my wallet to pay, she rolled her eyes as if my presence was bothering her. I asked to speak to her manager and very rudely told me to leave because she was busy and wasn't attending anyone. This place is run by condescending rude teenagers who don't have basic manners or service skills. Was not happy with the service, not to mention the manager couldn't even do her job and show for her staff when asked. something needs to be done with the staff members."

"I do not recommend coming to this damn place 1- There’s no parking at all 2- workers took so long to place my order 3- I gave them the money to pay they said they didn’t have no change at all 4- I had to cancel my whole order and go somewhere else 5- too expensive they be overpricing everything and they have the worst worst server ever 6- i do not recommend coming to this place"

"This is the WORST Wingstop in the entire Bay Area. I am all for places having bad days but they are consistently bad. Orders are always wrong. Ask for well done fries and they are cold and soggy. Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub are supposed to be dry. They had so much oil on them they made the entire family squirt all night long. Done with em for ever !"
