"I ordered a chicken sandwich today ( 1/14/2026 at 7:27:20pm ) and the chicken was literally raw. As soon as I bit into it , it was crunchy and hard to bite into it and that’s when I checked it and seen It wasn’t cooked properly. 0/5 review"

"They charge you more for …. Exactly. They try to justify the price by claiming it’s a computer glitch. It read 20 piece on the computer while I was ordering 15 which she confirmed. When I questioned the price, she said it was simply a computer error."

"I always order with plenty of time ahead and when I arrive the workers there are barely starting to cook the food and it takes even longer. When they don’t have people they take their sweet time without considering the customers time. The ladies are always seen just standing around and talking without doing much. I order here because it’s close to work but honestly it isn’t even worth it. If y’all don’t like your job then don’t do it."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I attempted to place a phone order and the girl who answered the phone was very rude (she refused to disclose her name) made a remark “I don’t need your attitude” when explaining the phone is cutting in and out due to reception she then placed the call on hold when returned to the call I asked to speak to her manager she impersonated herself as the manager then changed it to the store leader I then drove to the location to speak to the manager in person regarding her rude and horrible service when calling to place an order manger Jose was very helpful and did confirm he will address the matter with her!!!! Please see below image of employee!!!!"

"Today I was so hungry and I wanted to eat some chicken wings for my lunch.. I came to the Wingstop. Whittier blvd. at 11:55 am The customer service was so good. And the food service was amazing. The wings were cooked at the perfection, the temperature of the Wings were high and the flavor and texture was very good.. I recommend this place.. Thank you guys."
