"This was one of the bucket list US fast food chain we wanted to visit during our trip to Hollywood and this didn't disappoint at all. We ended up eating takeaway couple of nights in our 1 week stay in Hollywood. We ordered the 15 wings in OG flavour and mild flavours along with the chips. Both flavours were great with the ranch sauce, the chips felt a little average, not much crisp on them. Definitely a good chain and now that they have opened a branch in Sydney, Aus, we will definitely visit again, more frequently."

"The service, food, and the cleanliness of this location is outstanding. I didn't check their reviews before I came, and I'm surprised their score isn't higher. They were really nice when I placed my order, (5 piece tenders combo with BBQ and Bleu cheese) and read it back for accuracy. A Sat night, and I got my food within 10 minutes! I get my fries without the seasoning, and they were perfectly cooked! I could have eaten two orders of them, they were so good! Yay! I will definitely return to this location! A++++"

"Today 12/19/2025, my coworker and I went to Wingstop after placing our mobile order and when we arrived the food was ready. The cashier was friendly, complimented on their clean kitchen and asked a few questions on how they prep and cook their food which she was glad to answer. Overall, i had a great experience, first time coming, explained to cashier this is the best wings top I've visited. I believe the worker was crystal, give her a raise."

"I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location, especially due to a serious food safety issue. Yesterday I ordered fries with light seasoning, and they were fine. Today I ordered the same thing, but the fries came with far too much seasoning, clearly not what I asked for. When I politely requested a new order, the employee took my fries back and put them back into the fryer instead of discarding them and making a fresh batch. This is not only bad customer service, but also a violation of California health and safety codes, which require that returned food be thrown away, not re-cooked or re-served. Watching this happen made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I wish I could have gotten a refund, but unfortunately I ordered through the app, which made the situation even more frustrating. There was no apology and no effort to properly resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location."
