"I came in, said hello and said that I just needed a minute to double check that I had the order in mind right. Literally only a minute of me checking the menu, the girl at the counter just walked into the back and didn't come back. I just decided to leave. Horrible service. I would understand if I was rude, but I literally didn't say anything other than "Hello!" and "I know what I want, I just need a moment to double check that I'm saying the menu item correctly." I'm not asking for a smile or even for them to greet me. I've worked food service and I know its tiring, but to just walk off and not come back when I just needed a minute to get the order name correct. What the hell?!"

"So glad to have a Wingstop in the neighborhood! I ordered the 20-for-$20 deal (Hot Honey Rub and Garlic Parmesan, all flats, well done), plus five extra wings in Lemon Pepper and a large ranch. Flavors were solid across the board. The main 20 wings weren’t cooked well done as requested, but the extra five were actually extra crispy and hit the spot. You can’t choose the cut on the bonus wings, but that’s to be expected—they still turned out great. Pickup was fast and efficient, though I wouldn’t have minded waiting a little longer if it meant getting those well-done wings. Overall, great experience and I’m excited to have this Wingstop nearby. Leaving four stars today—but hopefully I’ll be updating it to five after a few more visits!"
