"If you’re lucky enough to walk into Wingstop when Vinny is working, then you’re about to have the best experience this place can offer. From the moment I walked in, he didn’t just take an order. He set the tone with genuine warmth, patience, and a level of attentiveness you rarely find in fast casual dining. Vinny doesn’t just hand you food he makes sure you feel like a valued guest. He double-checked the order without me asking, offered thoughtful suggestions that actually made sense for my preferences, and had this calm, professional energy that made the whole interaction smooth and effortless. It’s rare to feel seen and cared for when grabbing wings, but Vinny made it feel like I mattered. When the food came out, it was clear he had his hand in making sure it was done right. Fresh, hot, exactly as ordered, no mistakes, no delays, just perfect execution. And when he handed it over, his genuine smile made it feel like more than just wings in a box, it was service done with pride. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or transactional, Vinny stands out as a reminder of what it looks like when someone takes pride in their work and treats people with respect. "Vinny was very friendly, I came in to place a to go order after a long day at work and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Vinny was friendly, enthusiastic with his greeting and was patient with me. He was able to help two people who came in to pick up their orders while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. Vinny told me I could pick 2 flavors for my wing order, he told me bone-in was the better choice & that the wings were being freshly made & would be order in about 10-15 minutes. I appreciated that he did that. He made suggestions for flavors & let me taste the hot honey to see if it was going to be spicer than what I could handle. On the sides he suggested sides & told me about the Voodoo flavor. This location was busy with people placing & picking up orders the entire time I was waiting and Vinny helped customers in both English & Spanish fluently, quickly and in a friendly fashion. I appreciated Vinny and his 5 star service. Thank You Vinny! 😊"

"I’ve looked over reviews and it seems this place is a bit hit or miss—a lot of 1-star reviews but also plenty of 5 stars too. I ordered online about 25 minutes before arriving. The food was ready within 2 minutes of my arrival. I ordered a 3-piece lemon pepper tender w/ veggie sticks and a 2-piece Cajun tender. They generously gave me 3 Cajun tenders. The chicken was pretty tasty—not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely juicy, tender, and cooked properly. I prefer the lemon pepper to the Cajun. The dry rub is a bit less messy and keeps the breading dryer too. I had no issue with service or cleanliness. There was no mistake on my order—in fact, there was an improvement. It’s a simple sit down spot, so don’t expect anything too fancy. I had no issues here and enjoyed the meal."
