"I've been to this store a few times but the last visit here was unappealing. The wings were so oily the seasonings were overpowered. Oddly, the meat seemed a bit undercooked as if the dinner rush caused the staff to rush. I doubt very much that I'll be back. I gave the store a few more chances but after having two recent orders with missing items, I will seek chicken sustenance elsewhere. Update, gave this store another chance and they gave my food to me more than 20 minutes beyond what was promised in the app/email confirmation."

"A few years ago I used to have Wing Stop around once a week and I've had nothing but great experiences -- until today. I bought eight boneless wings and when I got my food, I thought they forgot to put in the wings, because the box was so light. I opened it up to discover eight dinky chicken nuggets. (see photos) The "boneless wings" were about half the size of what they used to be, and weren't filling at all. For $17 I got 8 chicken nuggets and a basket of limp, brown french fries that I suspect were from the night before (yum!). I say this because I was the second person in the store at 1030am, and the french fries should be completely fresh at that time. Today was my last visit at Wing Stop. They used to be great, now you walk out disappointed and hungry. Wing Stop, you've destroyed your reputation, fix your business before it's too late."

"When we came to this establishment the night crew was playing ratchet music and twerking while cooking. The floor was oily and slippery and just a mess. We waited more than 30 minutes while the man behind me got his food first. After all that to feed a family of four our food was wrong. We asked for boneless chicken and we most definitely had bone it. Asked for extra seasoning seemed like it was extra oil they charged me extra for extra seasoning which is crazy. The fry’s had way much seasoning and my mother Is diabetic. Im highly disappointed We spent $50 and it wasn’t worth it at all."

"im a huge fan of wingstop but I WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. This is so messed up. They had me waiting for my online order for over an hour. I ordered at 6:27pm and I got my order at 7:30pm. ordering online was supposed “skip the line” definitely not at this location. They apologized once that isn’t cutting it for me. Do better! hire more and new people. This place needs a new cleaning crew and new employees. Inside the kitchen one of the employees wasn’t even wearing a hat or gloves. She made my food with BAREHANDS.THIS IS VERY UNSANITARY! I’m normally a patient person, but this is outrageous. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Plus I wasn’t the only one inside the store waiting for an hour for a pickup order. There were over 5 customers waiting for their orders. I get my order finally after 1 hour of waiting, when I get on my way home i check the bag and they got my order messed up. This much bad service is too much, I work in customer service so i’m very understanding but I couldn’t handle this. Also looks these fries they made this “SUPPOSED”to be their voodoo fries. There is no cheese sauce, barely any ranch and no cajun seasoning. Normally every other wingstop location is filled with flavors and I get what I paid for but this location is DISAPPOINTING."

"Visit date 02/15/24 ordered at 1:15 pm I can’t even rate the service for atmosphere. They don’t deserve even one star. I came here to have a quick lunch with my son after picking him up from school, because he loves Wingstop. A lady took our order who was very rude and annoyed. She even answered the phone in the middle of us giving her our order after taking our order she told us it would be 20 to 25 minutes which I was pretty shocked at I went to go sit down, and all the tables were completely filthy, full of trash and peoples food from before. There was nowhere for me, and I sent to sit, finally there was a table in my son and I went and wiped down the table so we had somewhere to sit. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food and in those 45 minutes the employees had friends, family or other people come in and they were visiting with them . One one employee was walking around talking on his phone. We finally got our food as the fries were good. The wings that we ordered were absolutely disgusting. We ate our food and then we left and as we were leaving with the employees was outside in front of the store smoking weed now I don’t judge anybody that wants to smoke weed but doing it in your work clothes in front of your workplace I feel is totally unprofessional. I will never be going back to this Wingstop location again. As a person that works in customer service this is absolutely not acceptable. Somebody needs to either step in and The store they need new employees and new management. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant that was as bad as this.."
