"I placed an online order and when I went to pick up the employee who was working did not greet or even acknowledge me. When I told her I am picking up an order she just brings it out and point to it, not one single word spoken. The whole time she was listening to something through her phone speakers... Definitely did not show any grateful or care to the customer."

"I love Wingstop, which is why this has been so disappointing. They were extremely rude and messed up my order—giving me ranch when I specifically asked for blue cheese—and when I went to get it corrected, they took the used ranch and put it back in the fridge, which makes me question where my food has been. On top of that, they rolled their eyes throughout the entire process. There was also no ice in the machine. Definitely worth leaving a review about this experience."

"The food was okay but the service was so bad. I was so excited to have wingstop but they didn’t season my fries correctly. They had run out on the drink I wanted and didn’t give me cup until like 5 minutes later even though there was no one there. He gave it to me sloppy and on the side. So it was all mixed up in the bag without enough barbecue sauce. Really overcooked and most places in the area have good wingstop quality but this was just not it. Everyone has there preference but maybe there is a reason it’s empty and it’s mostly because people don’t know where it is but also because they take long and I’ve had many of those experiences when there was like no people there. I love wingstop but they just hire anyone there. Worst part of my day so I will def go to another wingstop if I have the chance."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I was told my order would take about 15 minutes. It was empty so I figured thats how long it would take. I was wrong. Took a liitle over 30 minutes. When I got home, I noticed that they messed up and gave me classic wings instead of the boneless wings I ordered. To top it off, I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave it to me with moldy bread. This is totally unacceptable."

"Pathetic. First time in wingstop and perhaps our last time. Save yourself from going there. Oil soaked wings and burnt fries. Poor service, took 20 min to give food. Too long for a fast food service. I won't be surprised if this location closes soon."
