"Chicken was so dry and the pieces were ridiculously small. It was a literal piece of bone with a bit of meat attached, extremely disappointed. Employees had hair in their face and their phones tucked in their back pockets, which seems unsanitary as they are directly handling the foods. There were two extremely loud songs playing at the same time, making the store extremely loud. Terrible experience!"

"Cashier are not friendly, place need to be clean up specially soda machine its gross 🤢 honestly restrooms are need to be clean and sanitize, floor need to be clean and mop, tables have residual of food and sauce they about attention at all, no napkins for customer on this restaurant corporate need to be more responsible of his business this made a lot of money but do not care about this is a violation of the health and safety code on the city but this burnishes don’t care."

"I don't ever do reviews but after today I felt compelled to. I have had several good interactions with the manager, Robert, and Team here over the past few years and just wanted to drop a review to let him and the team know it is much appreciated. Today was just another example. It cost nothing to be nice to people and when you get that back in return it's a great example of how just being nice can go a long way."
