"Super disappointed! I ordered through DoorDash “late night” and my food was COLD. not warm, cold! As if it had been in the fridge. My boneless wings and fries. I ordered corn and they didn’t add it to my order. I’m assuming they were too lazy to make it at that time. Like why not just deny my order instead of sending me cold food. I want to add that I called the next day and asked for the manager. spoke to (Kevin) I made my complaint and he could care less. He said kitchen closes at 11 and between 12-1 am they clean. So I said why not close doordash at 10 than so people don't get their food cold. The guy didn't care at all about what I was saying."

"They forgot to include include the Cajun corn we ordered. I prefer that to the chicken. WORSE MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT. Will not order from this location again."

"This is what I wrote to corporate To Whom It May Concern, I’ve been a loyal Wingstop customer and often order through the app without issues. However, on 1/14/2025 around 10:45 PM at your Wingstop location at 13787 SW 152nd Street, Miami, FL 33177, I had an unpleasant experience with order #5183914297. My order was missing a medium drink. When I called to resolve the issue, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnected. I called back from my son’s phone and spoke with the manager, Marianne (apologies if the name is incorrect). She placed me on mute for another 30 minutes. Frustrated, I drove to the location at 11:30 PM. When I asked to speak with Marianne, she immediately asked if I was “the guy about the drink” and offered me the drink. However, her attitude and dismissive demeanor made me feel disrespected. It wasn’t about the drink itself but about how poorly the situation was handled. I’m disappointed that I had to waste my time and energy to address this. I hope this feedback encourages improved customer service and professionalism at this location. "I don't know what it is about this location but all the times I keep giving them another try they just mess up my orders worse each time. I have never once received my order correctly. Today was just ridiculous, almost $70 in food and didn't even receive half of my order. Save your time and money and order from any other location but this one."

"The worst wingstop experience I’ve ever had by far. When we first moved to the area we were coming here frequently but went back today for the first time in a while. They gave us wings the size of a quarter. Complete waste. Wish I could get my money back."
