"Wingstop 62 street is the Best. Chicken always fresh and on time most times, but no longer than 5 extra mins. Not bad at all. Staff is really nice and courteous and friendly I like that and restaurant was clean bathroom also love it."

"Wingstop first-timer and EVERYTHING was a 10/10 I ordered a few things to try the hot honey chicken tenders were amazing, Parmesan fries were sooo good. Got the 6-piece wing combo (half lemon pepper, half garlic parm), and don’t even get me started on the Cajun corn… OMG I’m seriously impressed. 10/10."

"This is by far the worst wing stop I have ever tried. EVERY SINGLE TIME the order is messed up. Either fries are missing, drink size and flavor is incorrect, the place is dirty, no napkins, no straws. And there are always ppl outside the business aggressively asking for money. The area itself is shady, parking is a mess. You spend your hard earned money to treat yourself and every single time I buy food from this place, I regret it and should have just cooked. This place needs to close down or higher an actual manager that cares about customer service."

"I gave 1 star because zero was not an option. Placed my order which came to $12.19. I gave the cashier (if you want to call her that) a $20 dollar bill. She gave me my receipt along with my change which should have been $7.81, but gave me $7 and walked away. I thought she was going to get my change, but she just came back not even acknowledging me. I told her you only gave me $7, she said I don't have . 81¢ to give you. Her and I were going back and forth but what was crazy she didn't see anything wrong with not giving a paying customer their full amount of change. So I asked for the manager which was not help. Another customer tried to give me change but I did not accept it because it's not about that. Let me decide if I want you to keep my . 81¢.She didn't offer to give me $1 which would have been an additional . 19¢ she would have been given me a long with my . 81¢. So I just asked for a refund. I gave the manager the $7 back and she tried to give my $13. I told her what is this I gave you back $7 so you should be giving me $20. I don't know what kind of thing they got going on. But I told them that they all were out of their minds to think I was wrong. I personally don't know how that place is still open for business. I cashier is a straight nut job. I was just trying to help out a guy whose down on his luck who was hungry. I took him next door and got him some Asian food and they gave me my correct change."

"Jesus christ is it a pain to be here. I ordered my food through uber eats and they gave the order to the driver incorrectly, i tried getting a refund with uber, it was a $90 order and they refunded me $11 💀. I had to come pick up the food because I wasn’t gonna stay robbed like that, I called them when I was about to head out so they could remake it and have it be fresh by the time i got there…they did not do that so i requested to have it re-made AGAIN when I got to the store. The lady told me it was going to be 15-20 minute wait and I was already stressing about that because I’m on my break at work I only have 30 minutes and that isn’t enough to do anything. I basically say okay and I sit and wait, it’s been an hour and I still haven’t received my food, every time I ask about it (which i’ve only done twice) the lady gets all bitchy and annoyed that i’m worried about my order. I swear the customer service is so shitty here like it’s not even worth the food anymore. It’s genuinely so stressful the environment is terrible and they don’t even seem hygienic. The lady at the register is literally eating a snickers bar and chewing gum while taking orders like that’s so unprofessional. After an hour and 30 minutes I just received my order and they had forgetting the dipping so I had to wait for that too. Someone also stole my drinks so they have to remake those. 💀 safe to say i’ll never come here ever again."
