"If you want to eat EXACTLY what you order, don’t come here! They get the orders wrong and give you the wrong flavors! I called them and when I told them I received the wrong flavor of wings, they told me it might look like different wings but that it was the flavor I ordered! Excuse me but I know the difference between what lemon pepper and garlic parm look like and I did not receive lemon pepper. They said the manager would call me back which they never did and said they couldn’t do anything to fix my order! What a disappointment this store was and the lack of customer service! Will not be buying from here again! I’ll attach pictures so you all can see what they wanted me to believe was lemon pepper wings! Incredible"

"The girl with braces at the front kept running outside to her friends, gave them free drinks and spent the majority of her tine while i was there outside hanging out laughing etc... pleas hire ppl who can stay inside the building to actually serve customers. Worst service ever...and it's literally the easiest job."

"There’s another Wing Stop close to where I live, but I drive an extra 4 miles to come to this location. The quality, service and overall experience is excellent. And the staff is extra friendly. Highly recommended."

"Attention store Manager: Max- Placed my order this morning and was not given the correct order that was placed and when we called 2 times to informed the store they placed us on hold for over 5 mins and 7 mins then I called again and spoke to Aaliyah she said that since we ate the other food that was order they could not give a store credit or refund. I do not understand how they can run a store that does this to customers. What they need to do is Stop the chitchatting and Ensure that the right order is placed inside the Bag before sealing."

"Food is excellent, sauces are great. I like the Korean sauce ones, the lemon pepper, and the standard hot. I wouldn’t get the lemon pepper in boneless as it just doesn’t taste as good that way but the standard hot and the Korean spicy bbq taste great that way. Fries are good when you get the spice and their ranch + blue cheese dip comes in abundance."
