"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I walked in to purchase wings for the first time, as I usually order online. To be honest, I was very disappointed. They told me my food would take 15 to 20 minutes, which I understood since I placed the order in person. The most concerning part was seeing employees handling food without gloves. The manager, I assume, came back from break handling her personal phone and picking up dirty shoes from behind the register, then proceeded to handle food shortly after. I did not see anyone wash their hands during this time. When I finally opened my food, it wasn’t fried well. Overall, it was just a mess. I’m good, you all can have it."

"I had an amazing experience at Wingstop on Dale Mabry! I came in pretty late — about 30 minutes before closing — after getting off work, and I honestly expected rushed service. Instead, I was greeted with nothing but positivity and great energy. The employee who helped me was absolutely incredible. He served me with genuine happiness and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. My order was made perfectly, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work, and he definitely did. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. Shoutout to him for making my night and giving such a great experience — he honestly made me want to come back again. 100% love this location!"

"This Wing Stop is a pleasure to always go in. I'm new to Tampa, this Wing Stop is the closest to my house. Without fail, every time I pick up my order all the staff are pleasant and friendly. Steve was extremely helpful putting together savings for me while I ordered a family size wing meal. We joked about some places that may short you a wing or two, but he made sure I had all 30. It was definitely service with a smile."

"I was craving for wings and i found wingstop which is very convenient bc it's near our house and i was so happy and satisfied with my visit bc of the two team members who is very helpful with my cravings! I was happy talking with them and they are very friendly too! Shoutout to MARKIA and AKIA at the counter for helping me out and letting me try the flavor before i ordered and markia really recommend me a good flavor of wings, it was actually super good!! And the fries is soooo good too. THANK YOU SO MUCH BOTH OF YOU!!! Would def reco this wingstop and i would most likely go back here 🖤🖤🖤"

"I’m not even gonna lie when I say I feel like I bit into a hockey puck. Obviously someone should’ve known or realized that this was way too over cooked but hey, who knows what burnt food looks like right? I took a bite and most of it disintegrated and I can’t even chew any piece of this because it’s just rock hard inside and outside. A response with some accountability would be nice but all I ask is make sure your employees are trained to know what over cooked and undercooked chicken looks like because I have thousands of dollars worth of dental work done in the front of my mouth and if I would’ve broke a tooth I’d be on the phone with corporate and not writing a review. The fries were good though. Have a great day, god bless."
