"Ordered on uber and they sent me someone else’s entire order. I called the store to ask if I could bring the wrong order in and pick up the correct one but was told to reach out to uber. Uber didn’t mess up my order… you did. Pay better attention to how you’re packing the orders. When I called and asked to talk to a manager, I was told they’re all extremely busy. Yea I can tell because you can’t even pay attention enough to pack the order correctly or provide customer service. Edit to add: I feel as though advising a customer to reach out to a third party delivery service for assistance is the easy way out. I didn’t even get an apology for the wrong order lol. Take responsibility instead of passing the burden. I normally order from this store via uber 2-3 times a WEEK and the store can review history to see that is a fact. I’m never ordering from here again."

"This is exactly what Wingstop is. A busy place organized for churning out lots of wings and chicken food with a small, hard working staff. I did not have time to get anyone's name as they were working fast. There were some options not on the menu which confused me and I ended up with 4 chicken fingers for $8.99 instead of a 5 piece combo with soda and fries for $11.99. The wing toppings are labeled by heat and this is very organized. The newest wing flavor is Mexican street spice that competes with atomic, mango habanero and Cajun. I just wanted something plain The chicken fingers have great juicy chicken and not too much coating. Hooray!! The sauce that came with it was a creamy white sauce The glazing board offers update by name and order source either ride share delivery, app, or walkin. ccessible free van parking in a small oarking lot shared by day time businesses which makes parking difficult during the day and better at night. Accessible restroom with 2 grab bars and 5ftx5 ft. Space.accessible entry and exit with medium weight door."

"Take out only unless you want to sit at the 2 dirty tables available outside. We were told the additional five wings with the meal for 2 was not a menu option despite ordering it for years at over a dozen other wing stops across multiple states. Service was extremely fast however it was so fast im guessing they pre-make the wings. Temperature of wings and fries was mediocre and skin on the wings was rubbery and not edible. Thankfully, there are several other locations within a reasonable drive so I we wont be going to that location again."

"Placed the order based on the website stating they do delivery and not only that they do it but they "prefer" it. (See screenshot below) Then I got an email confirmation talking about carry out which is not what we wanted, and per the email suggestion, I called them to either change to delivery or potentially cancel the order. Unfortunately, whoever picked up not only said they don't do delivery at all but also that they couldn't cancel my order and I needed to call my bank to stop payment. What?!?!? Then she gave the phone to someone else while I heard them say I was giving them attitude. New person was nicer but gave no solutions or any other options alternatives. Extremely poor customer service!"

"Nasty employees! Most of them don’t look clean at all! Just walked out in the middle of ordering my food! There was a guy handing the food while digging in his mouth without washing his hands! Three of us sat and watched this take place.. then the employee continued to argue about washing his hands. I hate environments where they deal with food and they hire people like that!! You all need to go through Excessive training before handling food!! This is disgusting and dangerous!"
