"second time i place my order in this location and messed up my order again. 1st they did not give my my ranch, second my drinks was not filled all the way, 3rd i order honey hot and spicy korean q and received a cold and naked wings. called the store next day the person who i spoke with who claims to be a "manager" said she cannot gave us a refund or correct out order since we already ate our food. LIKE HOW U EXPECT US TO BRING THE FOOD BACK AT 1AM IN THE MORNING WHEN YOUR STORE IS CLOSE AND WE ARE STARVING. POOR MANAGEMENT AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST"

"Estervenia the manager and Orlando best customer service I’ve ever received from Wingstop came from Estervenia she was really nice and such a lovely lady she definitely deserves a raise! Also food was amazing!! And Orlando was really helpful and nice"

"Alexus & O are amazing! From the time you walk in you're greeted with a pleasant hello & your order is promptly taken. O cooked my fries & tenders to perfection. Really appreciate these gentlemen & their great customer service."

"I placednan order online at 5:20 pm and arrived to wait/pick up the order. Store was somewhat busy with line almost out the door. I waited for 1.5 hours only for someone to FINALLY acknowledge and ask what my order number was and told me they never received the order but I have an emailed confirmation with order details. I asked for a refund and they couldn't even get that to work. This location needs better/more employees who dont avoid eye contact or ignore that customers are waiting that friggin long for an order that was probably going to be incorrect anyway, based on what I saw in the kitchen. 7 employees working but only 2 that acknowledged me in 1.5 hours. Please, please , please avoid this location and the 56th street location at all costs if you halfway like this company's product. I guess I'll give my business to Buffalo Wild Wings. I am DONE with wingstop! I want my money back ASAP"

"The whole staff were super nice and friendly. My food was so good and I loved everything about this wing stop. I would be visiting this location again. Thank you to the employee Niya and the crew. They were amazing and nice."
