"I was picking up an order for DoorDash and at first I tried using the restroom and then the rude lady with no smile on her face said that the bathrooms are closed. Then I tried picking up my DoorDash order and they said it was already taken. I didn’t want my completion rate to be affected so I asked if they can remake the order, she said no and gave me a disrespectful look. So then I had to wait on the chat support with DoorDash until my issue was resolved and I could leave the store and move on to my next order pickup. This lady needs to be fired, terrible customer service. DoorDash customer service is amazing, Wingstop at Howell Mill Road is not."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed a $60 order for my family, and when I got home, several items were missing. I tried calling the restaurant to get the issue fixed, and instead of answering, they blocked my number. I had to call back from my child’s phone just to get someone to pick up. When I explained what happened, all I got was, “I thought all the items were in there,” with no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make it right. This is completely unprofessional. I spent my money expecting the full order and basic customer service. Instead, I was ignored, dismissed, and left to deal with missing food. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects honesty or respect."

"I love wingstop and go probably way too often. Here’s the deal, this place was awful, I mean the worst I have ever experienced. When I first get it I notice a sour smell, in the dining room and there was dried soda on the floor and trash on the tables. When I go to order for to go, I’m told to wait while the cashier finishes talking to her friend. Once they start to finally take my order I’m told they have no drinks at all. I order a 6 piece combo with French fries well done. I go and sit down and wait for my food. While I’m waiting I see the people who are supposed to be working just leaning against the walls and not doing much. I wait 35 minutes to get my food, and they weren’t even that busy. At around the 25 minute mark I just ask for a refund and wanted to leave at which point the manager said let me see if I can get your food out real quick. I said okay that’s fine, I then end up waiting another 10 minutes for my food. And when I get home, my wing had no sauce on them, just dry wings. Horrible experience, honestly Wingstop needs to either to a major overhaul of that location or just close it down all together."

"Don't go, at least for this location. I went to try their new chicken sandwiches with their BOGO promo. They went out of buns so the cook came out and warned all those waiting that it will be awhile bc they don't use "shi**y small buns". When I inquired the second time for picking up my online order the cook came out and threatened me and whether I had a problem. When I inquired the 3rd time it came to find out they had missed my order and I politely told the staff next time please don't have the cook come out and threatened me. The cook came out again and started instigating my comment- he probably had a bad day. The different wing flavored chicken sandwiches is a great idea but executed badly. Got the lemon pepper sandwich but it didn't taste remotely like the wings. Got the mild and original hot as well. Literally it has the chicken patty and the burnt bun with a choice of dipping sauce. Supposed to come with pickles. Don't advise anyone to go to this location at Howell Mill."

"I love the effectiveness of the staff. My food is always top tier and made perfectly. The restaurant is always clean and everyone is friendly. Tristian has excellent customer service skills and he has a good sense of humor. He represents the company well."
