"Ok so let's talk about this location. First walking in we were quickly greeted and placed our order quickly. Also they played some really good music while waiting. So that ends the positive feedback. We waited for 47 minutes for 1 basic no frills supposed to be spicy chicken sandwich combo with the greasiest fries I have ever eaten in my life. My husband ordered eight wings and some fries which were definitely not worth The time nor the money spent. Next let's talk about the atmosphere. It is extremely small, very cramped. There is no acknowledgment of any person coming in after they slowly prepare your food. Also NO one has on gloves at any point. 3 wings dropped on the floor they never stopped to pick them up , wash their hands or wipe down anything. By the way, this was my very first time and probably my last time visiting Wingstop."

"Sooooo I was nervous to visit this location because of the rating but convenience will get you every time. I stopped in, I was greeted and placed my order. I got my food in the promised time, it passed the visual inspection and I returned to my car. I took a bite once home and I was satisfied. My food was good and hot."

"I placed a pickup order through DoorDash (10/22/25) and noticed an issue with my order, so I called the store to have it corrected. The cashier kept answering the phone and hanging up, I called twice before deciding to drive to the store. As I was walking to the door, I actually saw her pick up the phone and hang it up again. When I approached the counter and asked if she had been doing that, she admitted it, and hung up on another customer right in front of me! Her attitude was completely unprofessional and dismissive. At that point, I just asked for my order so I could leave. To make things worse, my wings weren’t fried hard as requested and were soaked in oil. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. The young lady working (with braces and cornrows) needs proper training, and management seriously needs to hire people who actually want to work and treat customers with respect. Will never order from this location again."

"I ordered 30 piece boneless wings with fries and when I say a waste of my money is an understatement. The wings were super hard like chips and the fries were brown and flimsy. This was my first and last time going here. FYI the one on cascade “NEVER AGAIN” I couldn’t even eat the food, it was that disgusting. The wings taste like there were cooked in burnt grease. But I will say the lady in the front was pretty nice"

"First Of All Happy New Year , I Visited This Location Friday January 2, around 9:30-10pm and I must say the atmosphere wasn’t friendly, soon as me and my Friend walked into the restaurant their were three employees standing in the front on their cell phones no one greeted us, they were looking around like who was going to take our order, one young lady had an attitude I don’t know if she was pregnant or not but she definitely had an attitude, then while I was getting my drink I noticed that they didn’t have any more straws so I asked for one . The pregnant one yelled out we don’t have any more, luckily one of the employee heard me asking for one and she gave me one from the back and the kitchen area… They have to do better at this location!! LEAVE THE ATTITUDE AT HOME !"
