"What a branch disappointment. In California what happened to us last night has never happened to us, we ordered 30 classic Wings and they sent the order incomplete without fries and the wings still raw is the second time we ordered and both times in service Nico leaves something to be desired. Since we tried to call 6 times to explain that the order arrived incomplete and they did not answer. We are visiting Atlanta and we thought that here they would also have good service as in California."

"Jean, the Wingstop manager at the Buckhead location, is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was unbelievably kind, sweet, and genuinely cared about my experience—not in a forced way, but in a way that made you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail completely set the tone for the entire store. You can tell she leads with heart, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. Managers like Jean are rare, and she represents Wingstop at the highest level. Because of her alone, I will absolutely be coming back to this Buckhead location. Wingstop is lucky to have her, she turned a simple meal into a great experience."

"I went there one Friday evening around 9:30. Despite 6 or more people working in the back, It took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to take our order. And even then we were told that we had to do the order on line. Ridiculous. He's standing right there and could not take an order???? Several people that wee already there were clearly annoyed. Worst place ever. Stay away."

"Went in this Wingstop at 9:15 P.M. and didn’t order until 9:38 P.M. Once we ordered we didn’t receive our food until 11:58 P.M. They only had 2 workers working. The two young ladies were working hard but it was too much for them. Management should have came in or scheduled more people to help these young ladies!!!!"
