"This was honestly a really frustrating experience. We ordered Wingstop through Uber Eats at 5:00 PM, expecting dinner at a reasonable time, and didn’t receive the food until 6:18 PM, with the delivery not fully completed until around 7:00 PM. Nearly two hours of waiting for dinner is unacceptable. What made this especially upsetting is that my wife is pregnant. She was hungry, exhausted, and waiting for this meal, and there was little to no communication about what was going on. Sitting there wondering if or when food will arrive while your pregnant spouse is uncomfortable adds a whole different level of stress. Delays happen — we get that — but the lack of urgency, care, or accountability made us feel completely disregarded. By the time the food arrived, the moment was already ruined. Dinner shouldn’t come with this much frustration. The food itself was okay, but the experience left a bad taste. We expected better, especially during peak dinner hours."

"The wings were really good. BUT the fries were very salty! The lady before us warned me too. She said "tell them no seasoning", but I forgot. Yeah, no seasoning on the fries next time."

"Beyond pleased with this location. I’ve been to many wing stops and I will say this location and its customer service tops them all. A BIG shout out to Mayra for her outstanding customer service her greeting me as soon as I walked in making me feel very welcomed my food was perfect temperature and was done fairly quickly I will most definitely be talking about this all week again Mayra thank you!!! and I will be eating here again"

"Better than last visit. The counter person was nice. My order was correct. Inside is like a warehouse. Dimly lit, dull walls, definitely not conducive to dining in. But maybe that's the way they want it. Get your stuff and get out. Other Wingstops are nostalgic WW2 art mode machine that doesn't leak, & well lit. Reference site in West Sac near IKEA on Reed Avenue."

"Why did I say put light seasoning and you guys put hella salt. I ordered a 10 piece and got 9 wings so now we can’t read or count to 10 anymore. They did it on purpose like how hard is it to make a 10 piece meal. So disappointing do not order from this location they play games and this isn’t the first time I’m done with this place. Negative 1 star if I could. I can’t even get anyone on the phone."
