"Horrible service employees that act like kids (shorter male, and female )do nothing but be on their phone when asked about the meal, they start antagonizing the customers. Would recommend the management to look at the cameras and fire the employees working last night Feb 26th, 2026. Also making threats that they find my address and k.i.l.l. my family. Since I paid for our meal, with my card. Inappropriate behavior along with flipping customers off. Making it a special date night into chaos. Would love to talk to the management of this place. Because it was not the first time experience I was looking forward to. And my food was half cooked! It took the 3rd taller male employee to controll the other 2 employee. For us to not press charges."

"I had an issue with a prior order, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Val for the exceptional service she provided. She went above and beyond to ensure my concern was fully resolved. In a time when many employees are overworked and underappreciated, it is truly refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares and consistently gives 100%. I order from Wingstop often, sometimes once or even twice a week, and I’ve visited many locations. Without question, this location is the best in Sacramento. The entire team is dedicated to quality and consistency, and Val’s outstanding support this past weekend reaffirmed why Wingstop Freeport will continue to be my go-to location every time. Thank you for having such an incredible team."

"This is the newest wing stop is the south area. I came in on a Wednesday at 1 around lunch time. As soon as I walked in they welcomed me and asked if I had a pickup or wanted to order (something they don’t do at other wingstops nearby). The inside was super clean all around. They have 4 tables and a bench near the ordering area for you to wait for your order. I got my food in a timely manner. Everything looked amazing. It all tasted very fresh. The fries were seasoned greatly and the wings tasted really good. I’ll be back soon to this location. All the staff was very friendly and kind."

"The employees were extremely rude. I came to pick up my food and there was nothing cooking 29 minutes past my pickup time. Then requested a refund and told they would do it later. As I left with my food I was told to say thank you, laughed at and verbally assaulted about my appearance. It was a dehumanizing experience! I was given half cooked chicken with no sauce and I think the fries came off the floor because I went outside to get my phone"

"Poor customer service. It was my first time at a wing place and the employees weren't willing to answer questions or provide guidance. After I ordered i see I sign that they have a promotional deal going on but I was charged full price still. When I asked about the deal, the employee just laughed at me and walked away? $15 for a few dry wings with barely any meat and crappy fries."
