"This is the 3rd time this month i keep giving them chances because of my teens and they are local. Chicken was highly overcooked and hard and tenders were very dark and over fried. Only thing good was the ranch dressing ... done with this location"

"Filthy restrooms, they dont answer their phones, fries were wayyy oversalted, chicken burnt, and period blood smeared on the wall in the restroom. Disgusting place, kept giving them chances but decided to call quits when I saw one the workers touch raw chicken then grab a sauce bowl without washing their hands. You either need a whole new staff or new managers cause something ain't right. Only good worker is one of the teen boys working register. Good luck eating here"

"Formal Complaint – Wingstop Florin Rd Location To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the service I received today at the Wingstop on Florin Road around 4:15 PM. When I entered the store, I was greeted politely by a new team member named Isiah, who had excellent customer service. However, I then waited almost 10 minutes because every other employee was outside the store, leaving him alone. He informed me that he was unable to take orders and that both the manager and general manager were supposed to be on site. He checked the bathroom—no one was there. He then walked outside to find them. While I was waiting, I placed my order online to save time. When a male employee finally walked back inside, I asked if he was the manager. His response and demeanor showed no urgency or concern. I told him I intended to file a complaint, and he simply replied, “Okay.” I then asked for the general manager, and he told me he did not know where she was. As someone who has previously been a general manager, this type of behavior is extremely unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no leadership present in that store. I am requesting that someone from corporate contact me regarding this situation, as this store needs immediate attention and corrective action. Thank you for your time."

"Google won't let me give these guys a minus star review so they got lucky they got 1 star. Horrible service! This place seems to be ran by kids with no sense of urgency, no supervision, no professionaism! We ordered our food and sat there, well over an hour, just to wait for our food! Everyone else came in, ordered, and they were in and out. They forgot our order and made it after everyone else! Half of the lobby was closed down, and the staff was just hanging out in the kitchen. Last time I'm going here smh!"
