"I came in today to order a six piece combo all flat lemon pepper well done first and foremost. I called to try to place the order and they never answer the phone. They said there’s nothing wrong with the phone so I called the phone in front of them and it’s going straight to voicemail the store is empty. There is no Customer there’s no waiting. There’s no nothing so I placed my order with the guy and then I asked for my drink cup. He said we don’t have any more drinks. our machine is down and he offered me other drinks in them in the freezer in the freezer. They only had diet sodas and one water. I’m like you don’t have any drinks. I don’t drink diet soda so what else can you offer me? Can you give me half of my money back he said no he could not give me my money back because he cannot just complete the the combo that is not my problem, but you want me to pay you for a full combo which include a soda and you can’t give me a soda, but you don’t wanna accommodate me for anything. You guys need to start hiring some people with better customer service skills and teaching them what to do and in case it’s like this because clearly he didn’t let me pay him $14 for six piece combo and then offer me nothing for accommodation and don’t have us a drink for me to provide a drink cannot provide a drink and will not provide a discount that is bad on all levels and I will not be returning"

"I did an online order right after work. I got there food was ready. Bag said quality checked and signed off . I felt confident looked in bag saw my dips. didn’t feel like I had to check one by one when the first to are legit. I got home wanted to chill my blue cheese then discovered I had grated Parmesan cheese in my dip cups. I called and was told they don’t make Parmesan cheese and so I said I would bring it back to show what I received. When I got there only living 8 minutes away she was nowhere to help me or. Found . The guy upfront never said a word he just took the cups and placed them in the fridge and walked back to me with what I ordered and paid for. He never said a Damn word. No apology no how can I help you NOTHING. Free food is not always the goal. An APOLOGY GOES A LONG WAY"

"Update on visit 4/6/25 I spent $63.00 to get burnt fries and burnt tenders, please see below pictures. This will be my last visit here will be going elsewhere because people like myself work hard for our money and not to spend it on garbage food definitely not high standards as I would expect for the price. I guess we came on a bad day.. 😩😤 it’s either a hit or miss.. Very friendly employees, they were very busy and backed up on orders, but wait time wasn’t too bad and food was hot and fresh."

"Go to a different location. Dirty restaurant. Trash everywhere. Messy and unwelcoming. Food is overcooked and impossible to enjoy. My wings were dark and hard from being overcooked. Looked unpleasant! Customer service is horrible. Workers behind the counter address customers by saying “Can I help you with something?”— with an attitude. Workers seem to not know what they’re doing as by hearing their conversation. Go to a newer or different location!"
