"Customer service was horrible!! I walked in with my children, who had to pee so I was walking them to the bathroom first so my son wouldn't have an accident and was treated like street trash. I said the the employee I'd order in a moment and he acted put out. They are children bro they need to pee. When I came back the attitude was disgusting. Super sad that customers can't use the bathroom without being harassed by staff. I bought wings after but instead of eating there as planned I took Togo."

"I have been to this location about 2 or 3 times now. Everytime I go I ask for all drums and extra crispy! And every time they have fulfilled those request. Today was my first time ordering online for pickup (as the extra crispy wings take longer and didn’t want to wait in the snow in my car) so that way they were ready by the time I got there. I got back home and was very impressed! They still gave me all drums and extra crispy! I was worried since it was online they might not see the special request, but they did! I’m very happy and will definitely be going back."

"Ordered offline and could not get the promo code to work for the free chicken sandwich spent over $40 Dollars asked the staff member at the front about it and he said I didn't know what to tell you and shook his shoulders and his attitude was very bad ordered again and we sat there for over 30 minutes and I seen that my name was not in the board anymore so I went to ask him is there a reason why you are not giving me my food and he said oh I thought it was for someone else he knew that it was are food because he knew my name from the other order and seen that we where sitting there waiting I seen him back there with an attitude as well could see that it was kinda towards me and also the food was nasty the fries had way too much salt on them could not even eat them as well as the BBQ wings I had asked my brother that got the garlic ones and he said that they where also to salty I let my sun try mine and without saying anything he said they where way to salty and tangy and also they upset my stomach I have eaten at other Wingstop before and it was really good I will never go back to that one ever again and I'm really upset with that guys attitude and the customer service as well. Oh and my dad's chicken was Halo every piece was that way a big waste of money it just went into the trash I'm very sad about it."

"This was our first time eating at wingstop. They had a great menu and spice option. They give you a very generous amount of food. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the wings were. They have some work to do on the fries. They need to be cooked more. I like my fries cooked with a crunch and the fries we ordered were a little wimpy. However, the start of the show were the wings and they were cooked perfectly well."
