"I did a pick up order & they didn’t close the ranch carefully. My car is a mess because it leaked through the bag. I called them & Rosie said I could go back for a new ranch & a bag. I could but why waste my gas & my time because you can’t be considerate of my order & do it right the first time. On top of that, you pay for the ranch at Wingstop.. She was giving attitude because I was upset. After all that I couldn’t even get an apology.. I paid for this, and not only that; now my new car interior is dirty from the ranch."

"70$ Online order. Missing items and dried up wings. Manager refused a partial refund. Save yourself the dissapointment. Don't order from this location. Horrible customer service worse food. Waste of time and money. Won't be back!!"

"I placed an order online and when I went to the customization page it did not offer any special requests to write in I placed the order it said to call the store if I had any other request cancel or to change an order I called the store I had ordered from online and requested that the wings have extra sauce on the wings I had also purchased two cups of extra hot sauce on the side I called and asked if they can make sure that the wings had extra sauce on the wings. The kid that I spoke to put me on hold for a brief moment and asked the manager if they can do the special request he came back from while I was holding and said okay we'll see you shortly I get to pick up my order come home to feed my family and noticed there is no sauce on the wings they completely look plain with minimal sauce I called back to speak to the manager and she advised me that it was an upcharge for extra sauce on the wings I said I've always asked them for extra wet without a charge I explained on the website there is no special place to put a request on there so how can there be an upcharge if there's no specific place for extra sauce on the wings?! I explained I was very upset and I wasn't happy that the wings were very dry no sauce at all visible on the wings I asked if we can do something to make it right that I was not able to return to the store I explained the reason why I had called because of the website had no option for me to put it on my order so I called the store to request just as it says on the website she refused to make it right and take responsibility for their actions and says all she told the worker was that I had to pay extra but he did not relay the message to me when I picked up my order or did not tell me he did not put the extra sauce on the wings very frustrated I asked her to make things right at least some type of a credit I understand not the full credit for the full order but something to make it right. I have called and requested extra wet wings previously. She refused to help me in any way unless I was to bring them back to the store which there was no possible way I can return to the store with my order she began to argue with me and said that they always charge for extra sauce on the wings I said how is that when I go in person to dine in and I've never been up charge for more sauce on the wings. she completely argued with me and became to get defensive without resolving the issue and explain to me she was not going to give me any credit or fix the problem then she hung up on me and a rude manner with no resolving to the issue whatsoever and I explained to her I would call corporate or I would write a review on Google if she did not correct this I was very upset she still hung up on me and it never got resolved so now I am reporting this situation because I was treated unfairly after I place my order and I called to explain it and have a custom on the page of the website to request the extra wet wings so very unprofessional. I am still upset I will not return to this location I refuse to go back to this specific location because of the managers attitude was poorly and she did not try to help with my concern her name is Ashley Rodriguez she is the one who hung up on me and did not resolve my issue. All I wanted was saucy wings. Like I usually get with no previous problems!!! Never have I had a manager not fix the issue anywhere."

"I placed a combo order via wingstop website, 6 piece lemon herb, to get delivered around 7:30. After receiving my bag it was the wrong order and was missing fries/drink. When I called the store, Daniel, put me on 4 holds and told me I needed to come into the store with the wrong order to prove it in order for me to get a refund. I said that seemed unfair, being that it was now 8:30 p.m and it was their own wrong doing. He then transferred me to the shift manager “danesy or vanesy” (I literally couldn’t understand her name) She repeated the only way I could get a refund was if I brought in the wrong order to prove it. I’m not typically one to write reviews but if this is Wingstops policy, it sounds a unjust. Both employees put me on so many holds and were incredibly rude. I wasn’t lying and I genuinely wanted to find a solution that made sense. Lost my money, and had no dinner - not sure why they felt the need to be rude. I understand being busy, but basic human empathy would be nice."

"I've ordered at this Wingstop a few times they always forget items in your order, unfortunately I order through Uber eats and am unable to go to the store and get the missing food items, I'd recommend going to other Wingstop's not this location."
