"I placed an order after my twelve hour shift. And they legitimately made me wait there for 30 minutes. And then on top of everything they kept wanting to see my order I placed. As if I was lying about it. They made me show an email, and the app, and they tried asking to see if my back account went through and after I started telling them I want my money back. They tried calming me down. The chicken was dry. And this place sucks. The employee's are rude and are young and act like kids forsure"

"I gotta start by saying this review comes from a place and love and understanding. I'll start with the tough part first. This has been one of the worst Wingstops that I've ever encountered when it comes to consistency and quality. I ordered 20 classic wings in Garlic Parmesan, Hot Honey, and Cajun Flavors along with a ranch and veggie sticks. When I got home to eat, my garlic Parmesan wings looked like Original..no Parmesan, no garlic, just wings tossed in maybe butter? Idk it was oily though. I was also given a drum that honestly looked like a bite was already taken out of it. (See photos). The hot honey wings looked like they were given just a dash of seasoning. I was overjoyed when I got a bite that had it. And last, the Cajun wings..if you've ordered these you KNOW the smell. This was severely lacking that classic Cajun rub smell...when I opened the box I found out why. There wasn't any! That's right folks, classic buffalo is what I got. At least these had some flavor I guess. While my order was ready for pickup within the quoted timeframe, I would not have minded if actually seasoning my food took a bit longer. And hey I get it, maybe there was poor communication from the staff, someone just forgot, hell, maybe even there was a new person on shift. In any event, it was some of the worst in terms of quality. Now did eat a majority of them? Yes, I did. I was hungry and didn't want to take another 10mins to drive and wait another 20mins for a new batch. The lesson I learned? Always open the boxes before you leave the lot. I really hope this was a one-off, because the service was decent ( I was greeted and handed my order pretty quickly) and the restaurant (appeared) clean."

"Service was super fast. Maria picked up the phone right away to ensure my Carry out order. She walked me through their wing bundles and provided friendly service. Thank You Maria. By far my favorite Wingstop location."

"First time ever eating at an Wingstop and I have no desire to eat here ever again. After reading several past reviews where majority of the complaints revolved around poor customer service, I felt relieved knowing that I wasn't crazy. The short chubby woman at the cash register definitely has an attitude. I'm so sorry for interrupting you from being on your cell phone. 🙄 I ordered the lemon pepper, boneless chicken and seasoned fries. My food was lukewarm. The lemon pepper boneless chicken was okay, they overdid it with the lemon pepper seasoning. Fries were good."
