"I called in an order at 10:50 pm and asked for extra cook time (specifically 25 minutes) and extra seasoning. I also ordered a 10 piece side of Cajun corn. There was a language barrier obviously but I had her repeat the order. I’m at the PSL hospital with my son so I had my husband go and pick up the order. Not only is my order missing 5 corns, but my chicken came out questionable. This chicken had a texture like woody. I need a refund but stuck at the hospital until Monday. Hopefully someone reaches out to me asap"

"Had a good experience here. The ladies were professional and super nice. The food was hot and fresh and the place looked clean and organized. They also verified my order before giving it to me. Even got a smiley face on my bag. Thank you nice wingstop ladies :)"

"Listen!!! We order online for a reason! Obviously whoever was reading my order just tossed it out or can’t read cause this is terrible!!! We asked for fried hard not fried hard lemon pepper wings were OVERLY seasoned and super salty my wings were Louisiana rub with no rub whatsoever on the wings my corn was cold and barely fried and they sent me a soda with no ice! I’m so pissed right now! $51 for this??? Shameful!! Do better cause tonight you guys failed MISERABLY!!!"

"Food was good overall, they didnt season our fries the way we asked but it wasnt bad. The atmosphere is what brought down the rating. Made me anxious with my daughter. Dinning room was dirty, soda machine had ice overflowing, soda dispenser needed to be resupplied, homeless loitering inside. They had the option for dine in but I probably wouldn't recommend it"
