"They shoved 20 boneless wings in the same container. My hot honey dry rub was wet.. they put my 5 boneless original hot UNDERNEATH, 10 garlic parm. fries were ICE cold, there was a sweet lady in there waiting over 40 minutes past her order time, and we waited over 30 past our pick up time. I’ve never from any wingstop had this. And the cashier April need to be fired, because how are you complaining that people are ordering wings when you work at a WING restaurant. will only be going to Dunn ave now."

"Pick Up Order took about 1 hour to be ready! They attempted 3 times to give us a “Large fries” we order the portion was not a large ALL 3 times . The food tasted like BURNT OLD GREASE . The wings were overcook hard tough burnt oil taste. Fries were greasy . ONLY THING WAS GOOD IS THE RANCH ! My bag even my Receipt was full of oil. The manger did give us a brownie for the horrible experience . This place need to fire everyone and rehire everyone !!! The employees were nonchalant no professionalism on their phones at the table chilling while the lobby is full of disappointed customers waiting in their orders for just about an hour wait … WINGSTOP YALL NEED TO DO BETTER"
