"Maybe it being late, or the girl being on staff by herself, idk. My ten piece hot honey rub had barely no seasoning, was only 8 wings in there!, fries had no seasoning when I paid for extra seasoning, and the drinks were supposed to be 32oz, they all 20oz. Never had an issue with my orders from there before, but I'm disappointed tonight! P.s. I ate one and was encouraged to complain!... Smh"

"Hard working people still doing it right especially with the brownies. Still open through the construction ! The best brownies around with large chocolate semi-sweets and a gooey good to the last crumb, stirring up a craving for more. The hospitality the hard working employees show to their guests is outstanding and I would recommend this Wingstop over all of them especially with the excellent customer service from Shaye and Jamaria!"

"I highly recommend eating somewhere else. I kid you guys not, every single time I order from them it’s been wrong. This time they forgot my whole drink, gave me cold hard fries. And the wrong wings. And look how disrespectfully they did my hot honey wings. They didn’t even put seasoning just put lumps of cold hot honey oil on part of the wings. And they gave me buffalo wings, instead of Cajun. The chicken tasted half cooked as well, this whole establishment I would never recommend going to. Also, Lord knows they never answer their phone at all. The wingstop on Arlington Expy always have amazing food and service. Please guys, don’t waste your money here I’m begging."

"I guess I ordered wings floating in greasy sauce smh! Yall ladies gotta do better. I’m spending my money and patronizing this business the least the staff can do is make sure the orders come out right. I ordered 8 classic 5 Hot Honey and 3 Mexican Street Spice and the order is NOT SEASONED just plain in greasy sauce. I am so disappointed, I frequent this location often and this was a BIG MISS!"

"Highkey terrible service. I ordered 20 minutes before they “closed”, showed up to pick up the order 10 minutes before then, and they had already closed completely. I understand wanting to go home, and I understand that last minute customers can be annoying, but if you say you close at 1, then close at 1."
