"Normally, when I order from this location, the boneless wings are good sized, nice and juicy... Today, they were smaller than nuggets and hard as rocks. Horrible quality. I was still hungry after finishing what was edible. On a 20-piece boneless meal deal they were so small and 1 of the flavors was wrong and tasted like a mix of 2 different flavors together. Won't be ordering again from here if that's what I can expect."

"I ate there last night at 9:15pm. All of my wings were cold and I dined in. So I guess they use preheated wings after a certain time. Only 1 person was preparing my order. Everyone else was on their phones. I didn't complain about the wings or get a reorder but I won't be going to this location anymore."

"I have never been more happy to eat somewhere in my entire life! Callie helped my friends and I and she was so sweet and attentive and just overall amazing!! Ian and Marisha also did a FANTASTIC job and I WILL be back!"

"Just left here after waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order. I could see the bag with my name on it but the girl just kept telling me it wasn’t ready yet despite me seeing it and several others coming and going. Very clearly a bias here and they don’t like to serve certain people. Fine with me. I won’t be back. Unbelievable!"

"I ordered some fries online, but when I arrived, they weren't ready yet. I waited there for over 30 minutes for some fries, and all the employees working that shift were on their phones. Only one wasn't using their phone; the rest were all on their mobile devices. Okay, I don't mind them using their phones, but just give me the damn fries! I don't think fries should take more than 30 minutes. And to top it all off, there were no other customers, just a few people picking up online orders, and they all got their orders before me . I find it disrespectful."
