"I returned to this location because my order was incorrect. Instead of correcting the issue, the cook became hostile and refused assistance. He walked into a room in the back and did not return to the counter. When I attempted to contact a manager using the store phone, the cook came toward me holding a large knife and repeatedly yelled, “Get out of my store.” with strong profanity. At no point were we aggressive or threatening towards this staff member for his actions."

"Went in for New Year’s Eve Wings with my Partner and their Friend. This Wingstop was very welcoming. Did not judge me dancing and singing to their music. Had the jams playing Guy “I Like”. Good vibes. The freshest Wings and was really delicious. 10/10 service and spot. Those staff members on shift on NYE 2025 are the best. would recommend this spot!!"

"Stopped in late night after working an event. They had one guy working all by himself, taking the orders and making everything! He was nice and did the best he could. He didn’t have an attitude or anything. My tenders came out a little overcooked but it wasn’t a huge deal. I could’ve asked for a remake since we sat down to eat but I didn’t. So it’s on me."

"I placed an uber eats order and theres no place to replace dip like ranch for original hot sauce. I have been mentioning this to them for years. I called in and was placed on hold instantly without anyone saying anything. I wanted to ask to add it since I selected no dip and the guy said my order was already picked up because I sat on hold for 15 minutes. Not so busy they can make my order but too busy to pick up the phone. Probably wont be ordering from this location again."

"Got some plain wings and they taste of dish water. I can also taste that they are pre fried wings that was fried again the plain wings definitely ain’t it"
