"Out of all the times I've come here, this time was different in a good way. My pickup orde was ready in time. ( they would usually take longer or have my order wrong, specially if ordering directly). It was cleaner than usual!!! :) My wings were a lil bit salty, other than that it was good."

"This location follows order notes and not scared to sauce the wings. However CONTINUOUSLY at least one wing or more will have feathers on it. I don't know if they hand pluck the chicken, but this is the first Wingstop I've had that do not pluck their chicken correctly!"

"It’s been a while since I have come back to this location and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service and how clean the restaurant was. Rodney and Quinton are always so pleasant, friendly and professional and the wait time is very accurate when I order ahead of time. The wings are fresh and delicious. Overall excellent service experience and atmosphere. I highly recommend!"

"Speaking on my experiences going to this location. It seems like they can only do a good job when the store is super slow. Anytime I make an order later than 6pm. It usually takes close to 2 hours for it to be ready… for wings and fries. And I usually only see management during the slow hours and never during the busy rush. The customer service is always lacking and the employees seem annoyed that customers are frustrated by the fact that they have to wait 2 hours for orders. And then when they call out orders it’s never for the people who are physically waiting in the store for the food. It’s always chaotic in there and for that reason I haven’t been back to that location in a long time. It has continuously disappointed. It’s a lack of clear direction and poor management. And they are horrible at providing any kind of customer service."

"whoever the young man is bagging up the food in the black shirt has an absolutely poor attitude. Created a poor atmosphere. Poor customer service. poor engagement with customers. no type of “thank you guys for waiting we will be right with you.” Just standing up at the front of the line with an attitude, as if this isn’t a job he signed up to do! Do BETTER!!! Not to mention I called Wing-stop over three times and no one picked up the phone. Whilst I was inside I also gave the establishment a call. No one picked up the phone. Poor customer service."
